I'm a business professional with 18 years experience of technical, planning, project management, direct and middle Management roles in I.T. and Telecoms teams. I'm using the training and experience gained in these larger environments to offer short term, down-to-earth support to help any type of business, especially small to medium-sized companies or organisations. I will typically have most impact in a company with 10 or more employees.
My expertise is in the "back-office" operation of your business: what happens behind the sales, marketing and financial planning to fulfil your client orders.
